Every deposit, cashout, chop, expense and makeup change is one entry in a ledger that never gets edited. Money-moving entries need two other people to approve them first.
Proof attached to every entry
Bankroll screenshots, bank statements and SharkScope files attach to the entry they prove and are kept for good. Groups get burned when what players report drifts from what is real.
