2. What This Site Collects

muchomota.com is a static marketing site. It does not require an account, does not set tracking cookies, and does not embed third-party advertising or analytics that identify you personally.

• Server logs: Our hosting provider (Netlify) records request metadata (IP address, user-agent, timestamp, path) for security and abuse prevention. Retained per Netlify policy.
• Embedded video: The homepage embeds a YouTube video using youtube-nocookie.com in cookie-free mode. YouTube only sets cookies if you press play.
• Outbound links: Links to app.muchomota.com, the blog at blog.muchomota.com (hosted by Substack), and the booking calendar take you to third-party sites with their own privacy policies.

3. The App (app.muchomota.com)

If you create an account on the app, additional data is collected (email, username, hashed password, simulation parameters, billing metadata). The app's privacy policy applies separately to authenticated use; see app.muchomota.com.

4. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact data@muchomota.com to exercise your rights. This marketing site does not set cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-respecting solution (e.g. Plausible) that does not set cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information, and we will update this policy.
